The best way to use this product is to slowly start to incorporate it into your kratom schedule. Start with replacing 10% of your kratom amount with breaktime blend. Gradually increasing the blend and decreasing the amount of kratom you are consuming.
Listen to your body if you are reducing the amount to quick your body is going to tell you to slow down. This is mainly used for a reset or to wean yourself off of kratom. This product still does contain the stem and vein of the kratom leaf so therefore cannot be shipped to any illegal states.
