A digital gram scale is a great way to accurately measure out a serving of Leaf! One of the common misconceptions about serving sizes is that you can level off a teaspoon or tablespoon and accurately track your intake. Since moisture content and grind of the leaf vary, you need a scale to truly keep track.

You might be creeping up there in terms of Grams Per Day (GPD) and not even know it. So do yourself a favor and grab one of our highly accurate scales!

We also suggest while using the scale keep a log of your intake to make sure that you are staying within a responsible gram per day amount, days can get crazy, and it is easy to lose track.
